    The intensity of the pink berry combined with the aromas of lemongrass from the kaffir lime blends with the aromas of red fruits from the chocolate, thus creating an innovative taste. The characteristic acidity of the Madagascan bean associated with that of kaffir lime will immerse you in a delicious sensation of freshness.


    Its packaging features the portrait of a Betsimisaraka (“Many Inseparable”) woman. The Betsimisaraka form the largest group on the east coast of Madagascar, a region of great tropical rains, lush vegetation and successive lagoons linked by the Pangalanes channel. The many trading posts have led the local populations to develop export crops (vanilla, pepper, cloves, lychee, etc.). The traditional dwelling is built from plant materials, including the "Ravenala" (or traveler's tree).


    Malagasy cocoa is 100% natural since it grows wild in nature and without fertilizer. 90% of Malagasy production comes from the Sambirano Valley, a region located in the northwest of the island where there is a hot and humid tropical climate.


    The taste  of cocoa from Madagascar is unique, it reveals a fruity aftertaste. Its bitterness is moderate and unusual ...

      A rare variety with a unique taste: lhe moderate bitterness is not typical and reveals citrus flavors with fruity final notes reminiscent of red fruits. The aroma is also very particular.
