
Ingredients
4 eggs
200g cream cheese
25 cl of 35% liquid cream
the zest of 2 lemons
the juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
250 g butter biscuits
100 g of butter
25 g of butter
100 g of sugar
1 vanilla pod
Preparation
1/ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2/ Beat the liquid cream until stiff.
3/ Add the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, zest and juice of the 2 lemons.
4/ Whisk the mixture until it becomes uniform.
5/ Melt the butter in the microwave.
6/ Crumble the biscuit with the melted butter.
7/ Spread the biscuit and butter mixture in a springform pan, preferably, then pour the previous mixture over it.
8/ Place in the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
9/ Meanwhile, peel the pears and cut them into quarters and then into thin slices. Scrape the contents of the vanilla pod. Sauté them in 25g of butter.
10/ When they come out of the oven, carefully arrange the pear slices.
Decorate the cake with the vanilla pod on top and enjoy.
