  • 1 tsp of tumeric powder

  • 1 tsp of flour

  • 1 tsp of argan oil

  • 3 tsp of vegetable milk

Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth paste. Wash your face with warm water in order to open the pores of the skin. Apply the mask and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.


Healthy glow mask recipe

Here is a classic recipe for making your own face mask.

  • 1 tsp of tumeric powder

  • 1 tsp of vegetable milk or 1 plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp unpasteurized organic honey

Form a paste with the mixture of these ingredients and apply to your previously well-cleansed face. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse thoroughly with clear water when the paste has started to dry on the face. This mask can be stored for several days in the refrigerator to be reused 3 to 4 times later.

  • 1 tblsp of tumeric powder

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 1 tsp of honey

  • 1 tsp moisturizing vegetable oil (example : avocado oil or sweet almond oil)

Apply the mixture to the eye area and leave for 15 minutes. Remove the excess of the mask with a cloth or cotton and massage to penetrate the rest. Then apply your usual care cream. You can apply this mask several times a week if you tend to have a lot of dark circles.


Turmeric Acne Mask Recipe

Applied regularly on your face, your skin will regain good health.

  • 1 tsp of tumeric powder

  • 15 ml of milk

Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Apply to cleansed face for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.


👉Do not leave the turmeric mask on your face for more than 15 minutes so as not to have strongly orange skin.
