INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
125g of oat flour
100g of flour (coconut, for example)
100g of pure cocoa powder
125 ml of almond milk or plant milk of your choice
50g of cocoa nibs
1 vanilla pod
4 tbsp peanut butter
5 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Squeeze the bananas into a puree
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Butter a mold and pour the mixture into it.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees
