Matana was born from the dream of Bako, a founder of Malagasy origin, later joined by her husband Hery and their two sons.
After arriving in Québec, Bako wanted to build a bridge between Madagascar’s producers and the kitchens here — a bridge built on fairness, naturality, and transparency.
