Bourbon vanilla pods : they are whole, plump, and rich in aroma. They are split open to extract the seeds and flavor creams, pastries, or sauces. They offer maximum aromatic intensity and an authentic culinary experience.

Vanilla powder : obtained from dried and finely ground vanilla beans, it is practical and easy to measure. It mixes directly into preparations (pastries, ice cream, smoothies, hot drinks) without any additional preparation. Its aroma is slightly less intense than that of fresh vanilla beans, but it remains an economical and quick alternative.

👉 In summary: the pods are ideal for refined recipes and the powder for convenient everyday use, while retaining the unique aroma of Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
