  • Madagascar pink peppercorns


    The pink peppercorn is a fake pepper. It has a strong but not pungent scent. Its flavor is mild, sweet, peppery and aniseed. It can be eaten raw or cooked.


    In addition to being decorative, it goes perfectly with fish, shellfish, white meats, raw meats (tartars, carpaccios) as well as chocolate-based desserts.


    Like all our other products, it comes from wild cultivation without chemical treatment.

    • Scarlet red in color, pink berries have a spicy, peppery, woody, fresh smell with a slight turpentine smell.

      Its taste is slightly sweet with an aniseed note. Pink peppercorns have virtues on our health:
