Ingredients
150g of flour
100g of sugar
50g of butter
2 eggs
1/2 sachet of baking powder
1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp milk
Preparation
In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Add the eggs and sugar and stir well.
Then add the flour, yeast, vanilla and milk. Stir.
Separate the dough in two.
Add the bitter cocoa powder to one of the batters and stir well.
Butter a microwave-safe dish.
Pour the plain batter into the dish then cover with the chocolate batter.
Using a knife, mix the two pastes to create the marbling.
The marbled cake is cooked when the knife blade comes out dry.
Unmold.
Enjoy warm or cold, topped with melted chocolate or not.
