
INGREDIENTS
400g of cubed chicken
200 ml of coconut milk
1 tablespoon of Matana pure cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of Matana vanilla powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 onion, 1 clove of garlic
Salt, pepper, olive oil
PREPARATION
Chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil.
Add the chicken cubes and sear them for 5 minutes.
Stir in the coconut milk, cocoa, vanilla, turmeric and coriander.
Add salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve with basmati rice or quinoa.
