PREPARATION

  1. Chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil.


  2. Add the chicken cubes and sear them for 5 minutes.


  3. Stir in the coconut milk, cocoa, vanilla, turmeric and coriander.


  4. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.


  5. Serve with basmati rice or quinoa.
