INGREDIENTS
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons of Matana pure cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of Matana vanilla powder
A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Cut the avocado and blend with the cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla and salt until you get a smooth and creamy mousse.
Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
Garnish with red berries or chocolate shavings for an elegant dessert.
