
INGREDIENTS
500g of chicken meat
1 can of coconut milk
100g of multi-colored cherry tomatoes
2 small red peppers
2 small orange peppers
2 small yellow peppers
A few coriander leaves
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch of kaffir lime powder
2 pinches of cinnamon powder
1 tsp wild voatsiperifery pepper: black and white
1 tsp pink peppercorn
3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
PREPARATION
Mix and blend the 2 cloves of garlic, the wild peppers with a little oil;
Marinate the chicken with the mixture for at least 1 hour;
Brown the chicken in a little butter or roast it in an AirFryer for 25 minutes;
Brown the shallot and garlic clove in a saucepan;
Add the roughly sliced peppers;
Add the cherry tomatoes;
Add the chicken and let it soak up the sauce;
Add coconut milk with a little water to taste;
Add the turmeric, cinnamon, and kaffir lime;
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
Sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
