SHRIMP SALAD WITH PINK PEPPERCORN

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g cooked shrimp with tail (frozen)

  • 2 beautiful, ripe avocados

  • 2 oranges

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 lime slices

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • The juice of half a lemon

  • 1 tsp moringa powder

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 pinch of crushed pink berries per serving



PREPARATION

  • Defrost the shrimp if frozen. Drain.

  • Cut the avocados, oranges and tomatoes into large cubes of the same size.

  • Prepare the vinegar sauce with lemon juice, olive oil, moringa powder and season to taste.

  • Divide the salad into 6 bowls and pour over the vinaigrette dressing.

  • Sprinkle with crushed pink berries.

  • Place a lime slice on the rim of each bowl.

  • Serve chilled.


You can add 1/2 teaspoon of moringa powder for a healthy kick and a pinch of kaffir lime powder to enhance the citrus flavor of this salad!
