
INGREDIENTS
300 g cooked, peeled shrimp
1 orange, peeled and segmented
2 avocados, diced
1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
A small handful of arugula or mixed greens
1 tbsp crushed pink peppercorns
1 tsp kaffir lime powder (optional)
1 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: ½ tsp moringa powder for sprinkling
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, toss the arugula with the avocado, the orange and grapefruit segments.
Add the peeled shrimp and mix gently.
Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, kaffir lime powder, and crushed pink peppercorns.
Serve chilled, optionally sprinkling a little moringa powder for extra color and nutrients.
