INGREDIENTS
250g cooked shrimp with tail (frozen)
2 beautiful, ripe avocados
2 oranges
2 tomatoes
2 lime slices
3 tablespoons of olive oil
The juice of half a lemon
1 tsp moringa powder
Salt and pepper
1 pinch of crushed pink berries per serving
PREPARATION
Defrost the shrimp if frozen. Drain.
Cut the avocados, oranges and tomatoes into large cubes of the same size.
Prepare the vinegar sauce with lemon juice, olive oil, moringa powder and season to taste.
Divide the salad into 6 bowls and pour over the vinaigrette dressing.
Sprinkle with crushed pink berries.
Place a lime slice on the rim of each bowl.
Serve chilled.
You can add 1/2 teaspoon of moringa powder for a healthy kick and a pinch of kaffir lime powder to enhance the citrus flavor of this salad!
