Once validated, you'll have access to retail, foodservice, or bulk pricing. Do you offer tiered pricing? Yes, depending on the volume and frequency of purchase.

Are your products certified? • Industrial bulk: yes, certificates available on request (organic or other depending on the batches). • Retail & foodservice: products often originally organic, but not certified in Canada because Matana does not yet have the certification for repackaging. • Always: traceability, analysis, controlled origin. Is the quality consistent from batch to batch? We ensure consistently high quality, thanks to a rigorous selection process carried out with our partners in Madagascar. • Within the same batch, the quality is constant and homogeneous: moisture, size, vanillin content, particle size, etc. • From batch to batch, slight natural variations may exist (as with any agricultural product), but we ensure that they remain minimal and within strict standards. Our commitment: to provide reliable, consistent batches that meet the expectations of professionals. Can I get some samples? Yes, on request for restaurants and industrial clients.

What formats do you offer? • Retail: 50 g → 250 g • Foodservice: 250 g → 5 kg • Industry: 5 kg → 25 kg Do you have stock in Quebec? Yes, local stock for fast shipping to retail and restaurants. Depending on the quantity required by manufacturers. Do you offer annual contracts? Yes, especially for industrial and large-volume customers.

What are the delivery times? Our orders are shipped quickly: • Canada: 48 hours • USA: 3–5 days • Pallet: on request Which carriers do you use? Canada Post, UPS, specialized pallet carriers. Do you deliver to restaurants in the city? Yes, everywhere in Canada.

What payment methods do you accept? • Purchases on the site: Card, • Direct purchases: bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer, invoice payment (approved customers). Do you offer payment terms? Yes, for regular or industrial customers.
