Ingredients
1 clove of garlic
5 sprigs of coriander
5 sprigs of parsley
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup fresh basil
1 teaspoon of moringa powder
A few leaves of oregano and rosemary
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
The juice of 1/4 lemon
1 pinch of kaffir lime powder
Wild black pepper voatsiperifery
Salt
Preparation
Grind the nuts and garlic in a food processor with a little oil.
Add the other ingredients, season and puree until smooth.
For a creamier pesto, drizzle in the oil.
