🍓 Strawberry & Green Citrus Jam

Sweet, fruity, fresh, and delicately tangy

Let yourself be seduced by this artisanal jam where the generous sweetness of strawberry meets the sparkling freshness of green citrus.

A combination as surprising as it is irresistible! Strawberries reveal their naturally sweet and gourmet notes, while green citrus fruits bring a touch of liveliness and a hint of acidity that awaken the palate.

A perfect balance between fruity sweetness and tangy freshness, for an original, luminous jam full of character.

Crafted by hand in Quebec, this MATANA creation celebrates the marriage of local fruits and flavors inspired by Madagascar. An invitation to rediscover strawberry jam in a deliciously refreshing light.

How to enjoy it?

Delicious on toast, soft brioche, or croissants, it pairs wonderfully with crêpes, waffles, and plain yogurt. For a more refined touch, dare to pair it with a creamy cheese, cheesecake, or panna cotta.
