A few turns of the white pepper mill - Mild
1 clove of garlic
A few turns of the Guérande salt mill
PREPARATION
Heat the mascarpone in a saucepan for a few minutes with the minced garlic clove;
Add a few turns of white pepper grinder and Guérande sea salt grinder to taste.
