
INGREDIENTS
400g of fresh, peeled shrimp
1 crushed garlic clove
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lime juice or a pinch of kaffir lime powder
1 tsp of liquid honey
1/4 tsp. teaspoon of ground white voatsiperifery
Fleur de sel, fresh coriander
PREPARATION
Sear the shrimp for 1–2 minutes on each side with the garlic. Set aside.
Whisk together oil, kaffir lime juice, honey, voatsiperifery. Adjust salt.
Return the shrimp to the pan, pour over the vinaigrette, cook for 30 seconds. Serve hot, sprinkle with coriander.
Menu idea : excellent starter for North American summer tables.
