
INGREDIENTS
250 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of Madagascar pili-pili powder (adjust according to the desired spiciness)
1 clove garlic (crushed or finely minced)
1 sprig of rosemary (optional)
A few grains of wild black pepper (optional)
1 small sterilized airtight glass jar
PREPARATION
Gently heat the olive oil in a small saucepan (without boiling it).
Add the garlic, rosemary, and wild black pepper, if using. Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
Remove from heat, then stir in the Madagascar pili-pili powder .
Allow to cool completely , then pour into a clean glass jar or bottle.
Close tightly and let infuse for at least 24 hours before use (ideally 3 to 5 days for a more intense aroma).
Tips for use:
Pour a few drops over your pizza just before serving.
Also perfect for enhancing bruschetta, pasta, or even a homemade vinaigrette.
