Ingredients
500g of shrimp with tail
1 can of coconut milk
1 basil leaf
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1 pinch of kaffir lime
salt and pepper
Preparation
Sauté the shallots and garlic cloves until golden brown.
Add the shrimp and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the coconut milk and turmeric and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and the kaffir lime.
Serve with white rice.
