Are your products certified?Industrial bulk: yes, certificates available on request (organic or other depending on the batches).Retail & foodservice: products often originally organic, but not certified in Canada because Matana does not yet have the certification for repackaging.Always: traceability, analysis, controlled origin.Is the quality consistent from batch to batch?We ensure consistently high quality, thanks to a rigorous selection process carried out with our partners in Madagascar.Within the same batch, the quality is constant and homogeneous: moisture, size, vanillin content, particle size, etc.From batch to batch, slight natural variations may exist (as with any agricultural product), but we ensure that they remain minimal and within strict standards.Our commitment: to provide reliable, consistent batches that meet the expectations of professionals.Can I get some samples?Yes, on request for restaurants and industrial clients.
